Famous Christmas meatball recipe : hamburger ( which ever you choose,I use 70/30 , I will explain for 1 pound then multiply as needed

1 pound hamburger,1 egg , bread crumbs ,liston onion soup mix 1 pack , salt and pepper to taste. Hand mix well..refrigerate half hour..form into meatballs..cook on 350 until just under done, turn half way threw cook time. Seperate pot, 1 large bottle of heinz ketchup and 2 jars of red currant jelly , usually only sold at holiday time…cook down until jelly caramelized the Ketchup add meatballs, cook until flavors mix well. Super easy and even tho I make 5 pounds at a time…you can adjust how you like…best meatballs ever!!!
